Stratwell

Ive had great experiences with Stratwell over the years Back in 1999 Eddie helped us sell our beloved 4 bedroom 3 bath home at 655 W 72nd Place in Hialeah the home where we had raised our five children It was a deeply emotional process for us but Eddie guided us with empathy and professionalism He provided all the facts we needed crafted the right market strategy and secured a very satisfactory sale for both us and the buyersAfterward as our children began moving on we were ready to downsize With Eddies help we found and purchased a lovely townhome in Miami Lakes which I truly loved However my husband couldnt live without a garage and once again Eddie came to the rescue He managed a successful sale of the townhome and helped us purchase a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home in Miami Lakes with a garage where weve happily lived for the past 23 yearsWe are always grateful to you Eddie and to your capable supportive team Thank you for helping us through these meaningful milestones with care and excellence

My experience with Mr Blanco and his associates at Stratwell was beyond my expectations in multiple ways. Eddie Blanco and his associates sold our condo with ease, comfort, knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend they're awesome services to all with both confidence and trust. Eddie Blanco and team are much appreciated and hope other businesses take note on how to take care of their customers and uphold excellent work ethics. Kudos to this company and its associates.

My experience with Natalie was very good. She was always on time and very professional. She was very good in negotiating the best price and sold my property in a very short time

Natalie did an outstanding job helping me find what I needed and stayed in communication with me throughout the process and experience. Was pro-active and followed-up with my inquires. Overall outstanding and looking forward to working with her again in the future.

WOW!! What an impressive team. Out of all the properties I have purchased and sold this group has definitely been he very best. Their experience and motivation is amazing. Daily updates, quick replies, professionalism and customer service are just a few things of what makes them so special. I truly felt like they were my personal realtors. I will only work with them from now on. Remarkable team.
