Strand Hill Forbes Global Properties

Jake sold our house in South Shores, San Pedro. We were so impressed by his honesty, professionalism and enthusiasm; from preparing the house for sale up until Escrow, Jake seamlessly provided the support we needed. He attended every open house and private house showing, answering all our questions in a timely manner. Thank you Jake it was a pleasure to work with you and we recommend you 100%. Rob and Claire.

Jake was hands-down the best real estate agent weve ever worked with. His understanding of the market, connections with other realtors and contractors, and organizational support throughout the process made things so much easier on us as we purchased our forever home.

10/10 A+ No notes! Jake represented us as both buyers and sellers and the entire process was incredibly smooth. We sold our first home in Long Beach and with his help purchased our beautiful new home in San Pedro with only a three-day buffer between transactions. The transition couldnt have worked out better. Everything was seamless and well-coordinated and thoughtful. We highly recommend Jake and his team!

This was my first home purchase and I'm grateful Jake was my agent. He was a patient, knowledgeable, gracious teacher. When it mattered most he pushed and questioned and executed. I could write a novel for how many times Jake exceeded my expectations. I suppose it's serendipitous that we met Jake at an open house, that wasn't his, in a city we knew nearly nothing about, and he got us our dream home. He's unquestionably a great agent!

Buying a home can be stressful, but Jake made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He was always on top of everything, communicated with us constantly, answered every question we had, and genuinely cared about helping us get into the right home. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. If youre looking to buy or sell, Jake is absolutely the guy to call. Highly recommend!
