It is a difficult market for condos right now, for even for the most experienced real estate agent, and an even more difficult one for a condo in a 55+ building because it is so niche (it does't matter how nice the area it is in or if the building is relatively new) - you need to identify the right buyer. Suzanne was responsive and supportive every step of the way. She gave us guidance and in turn we did our part to ensure that we provided her with all the information that we could so that she could take the ball and run with it. In our case there was so much information & so many details to cover (as I never lived in this unit), it seemed overwhelming but she walked us through the whole process. Trust in expertise is imperative for a sale like this one - everything was time sensitive and she had suggestions at each turn to ensure that the deal worked out well for all parties. It also was also crucial that she specialized in our neighborhood - she knew the area and has a history working with the kind of clients that would buy in RHE.
