When we were looking to buy a new home to accommodate our family with a bigger space that we can live in for years and have room to grow, we wanted a hands-on realtor with extensive knowledge of the area and an ability to match us with amenities and options for the family changes we anticipate in the future. Not only that, but he was able to guide us when the first place we put an offer on turned out to have issues that came up on inspection (with an expert in that field who Justin works with regularly and who pinpointed things that needed remediation), which caused us to pull out of escrow after an unscrupulous sellers agent on the other end acted unprofessionally and was not willing to adequately repair health-impacting problems that would not have been readily apparent without such a thorough inspection. Justin was reassuring throughout that unexpected hitch in our plans, and he never ceased to work tirelessly to get us in our forever home. Through his efforts, we ended up in our new house, which we absolutely love and which is in a neighborhood that is perfect for our family, with nearby green spaces that are better than we dared to dream for our enjoyment and that of our young kids. They say things work out as they should, but that is especially true when you have someone like Justin whom you can trust to put your familys goals at the forefront throughout the process while applying his unparalleled knowledge and commitment.
