We have used Jake for 4 houses. Two sales and two purchase. For both of our house sales he has gone above and beyond and gotten exactly, if not more than what we were asking for. He also beat records in each neighborhood for both houses making them the highest selling for the square footage. He really dials in, uses his knowledge and tools to find the perfect houses making sure to not waste your time bouncing from house to house and trying to feel it out like previous realtors we've used. We are currently in the process of building a new home and cant wait for it to be finished! Thanks to Jake we are getting a gorgeous house that we never thought was in our budget.
