Stone Gable Realty

Sevin and Harrison did an amazing job guiding me during the sale of my home. Their marketing is second to none! Not only did they answer the phone anytime I had a question, but their energy was always positive and reassuring. Thanks for everything! Will definitely use them every time!

We bought sight unseen and Chase walked us through everything. He was amazing and knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the best home for our family of 7 in this crazy market. Would recommend to anyone who is moving to Colorado Springs or the Denver area. When we moved in our stuff was very delayed. He even gave us his own tv and helped us out until our household goods were delivered three weeks later. Absolutely amazing and for all my military friends using a VA just get with him!!!

As one might expect in this market, there were many obstacles to finding and obtaining the perfect home. However, Amber worked tirelessly to ensure that I understood the process, helped me navigate the details, and ultimately land just the right house. So grateful for her help!

Chase is exactly who we were hoping for in finding an exceptional Realtor ? knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us find the best fit for us. Especially as first time homebuyers moving to another state, what could have otherwise been a daunting, overwhelming, and frustrating process was instead made much more understandable and manageable because of Chase?s excellent communication and approach ?walking alongside us through every step with clear explanations, empathic consideration, and a willingness to help in any way possible.

Amber was so helpful and kind during our home buying experience. She advocated for us and had open communication throughout the process with us and the seller?s agent so that we were all on the same page. Also, when questions arose, Amber made sure to get us the answer as soon as she could. Amber is a wonderful agent and anybody buying or selling their home would be lucky to have her help!
