First time home buyer, and Phyllis made the process so easy and stress-free! She was beyond helpful in every aspect of the process, from looking at houses to closing and beyond. She was super helpful and informative, always providing honest feedback on each house we looked at and things to look out for. She kept us up to date on houses in the price range and location we were interested in, and was willing to show us multiple houses in a day with short notice when needed. She helped us negotiate the price down, and made sure everything that was brought up on the inspection was taken care of. On closing day, she even had someone come mow the lawn for us so it would be all ready for me on move in day. She was always willing to share contacts when we needed an inspection done, and the whole process could not have been more of a breeze if it were not for her! I would work with her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone without reservation. She really showed me the importance of having a realtor with expertise when buying a home. It makes all the difference!

She was always available and able to answer every question I had. She made this entire process pleasant. Again, Phyllis Bowen has been the best agent that I have ever worked with. Phyllis was an agent for a buyer when we sold our last home. We recently ended up settling back in the area and knew we wanted to work with her again from the buyers side. She was wonderful.
