Stewart & Associates Real Estate

Since we were new to this state we relied upon his area knowledge and were able to find a new home that has grown in value over the time that we have been here. I would be happy to work with him again.

My husband and I worked with Bill 16 years ago when we bought our 1st home. He helped us so much! We had no idea what we were doing and he made the process so pleasant. We had him going all over the place trying to find something that worked for us and he was so patient. When the time comes, Bill is who we will call again.

Bill was great to work with. Very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. We toured a number of homes and at the time homes were selling or prices escalated before we could commit. He kept working and ended up finding the perfect place. Highly recommended.

Bill did a great job showing me and my wife around the Madison area and helped us go through about 5 houses before we settled on a great house in the Stillwater Cove development. Couldn't have been happier with him. Would definitely use him again to buy or sell.

Bill was great in giving us feedback and helping search for homes. He had knowledge of the areas we were interested in and helped negotiate final deal on purchasing a home
