Stevenson Real Estate Group - Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Sun Valley Properties

Matt is a seasoned professional with roots in the valley and his experience both locally and beyond showed. Matt (and team) showed us many properties, and he fully understood our unique situation with this investment property purchase (he and team wrote 3 offers with 2nd one successful; 3rd offer wasn't needed but ready). Further we worked with Heidi Bathum on his team who also showed us many properties and crunched the numbers and comps tirelessly (she is also fantastic, local and amazing). We are happy in our primary home but may look to more investment properties in the future here in the valley. We have experience working with many others but will stick with the Stevenson team as we buy/sell again.

Matt did an outstanding job selling my condo in Ketchum Idaho. He is a true professional and has exceptional knowledge of the real estate market in the area. I would highly recommend him for all your real estate needs. Frank Deluca

Matt was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. He remained positive during the entire process. Really appreciated his hard work. thanks for getting my home sold.

We had an exceptional experience working with Matt, Heidi, and the entire Stevenson Group team in Sun Valley. From start to finish, the buying process felt like a true partnership. Matts local market knowledge is second to none, and his expertise was invaluable during our sale price negotiations. Since we handled much of this process remotely, Matt and his team truly went above and beyond. They served as our "feet on the street," providing vital local references for inspectors and connections to trades that extended well past the transaction date. Their communication was excellent, and both Matt and Heidi were incredibly responsive to every need we had. We are very satisfied with the service we received and would highly recommend the Stevenson Group to anyone looking for a smooth, professional real estate experience!
