STEVENS POINT REALTY, INC.

Dave is just the best! He?s very nice, has great communication and is willing to go above and beyond to help find the right house. He?s patient, knowledgeable and current on the real estate market and landscape.

My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and Dave helped us with everything as well as answered any and every question we had. He was available on short notice at any time of day. My wife and I have a 1 year old and Dave was so good with him. He is very knowledgeable about houses and even the local area. He will help you find the home that is right for you and will fight for you to get the perfect home. Simply put, Dave is the best there is.

Dave demonstrated a definite personal care in our purchasing experience. He coordinated several separate showings to allow us to show our family what is now our new home.

Dave was a pleasure to work with. We looked at two houses before we found the one for me. His timeliness was the very reason I was able to close on my house! The first day it went on the market, Dave sent me the listing and we went and looked at it that evening and put an offer in! Dave really cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to first-time home buyers, like myself! He helped me better understand the process and walked me through every step.

From the start, Dave was helpful, kind, considerate, and genuinely interested in helping us. His expertise and efforts were truly appreciated. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and answer our questions. His knowledge of the area and local tradesmen helped us get connected with those who would help us with updates and repairs. We highly recommend working with Dave!
