Stephanie was super flexible with my purchasing schedule and was very understanding of timelines/ cutoff for the home search. She was very communicative and proactive with the search and identifying candidate homes during the search. We encountered some minor issues during the inspection on the candidate home and she was very helpful in helping me understand action items and scheduling as well as alternatives to put in the contract if insurance inspection didn't go as planned. Overall great realtor to work with!

Incredible to work with. The "Sherlock Holmes" of realors. working with Stephanie is an education. She is a master detective at asking the right questions, interpreting your answers to find the right property and having the ability to negotiate a great price. This was a concurrent condominium sale and purchase. Her knowledge of the area enabled her to find my little gem and she skillfully navigated us through the challenge of both properties closing simultaneously. Perfection!
