Sterling California Properties

Rama Mejia is our realtor. She has been the absolute best! She's very knowledgeable about Santa Rosa and Oakmont. Rama is easy to work with and has taught us much about real estate and the buying process. Rama's suggestions and observations are tasteful and wise. When looking for a realtor you want someone who has a whole lot of connectivity in your chosen area and that experience with all the assorted inspectors could not have been any better! We had to travel several hundred miles and her organizational skills are second to none, making our experience actually enjoyable.

Rama is a thoughtful and knowledgable agent. I was a picky buyer and we saw many houses together. She listened to my wants and needs and even sometimes reminded me of what I said I wanted if I got overly excited about a cute little house that just wasnt right for me. How great is that? Through patience and persistence Rama found the perfect home for me, closed the deal, and breezed through all the paper work. I couldnt be happier.

Rama was a fantastic listing agent and I highly recommend her services. I'm in SoCal and Rama helped make selling an investment property 500 miles away in Santa Rosa pain free. Rama was market savvy, responsive, communicative and came with a network of trades people to help get the property ready to sell. But best of all Rama was a good person and a real joy to work with.

If you are planning to buy or sell a property in Sonoma County, you MUST use Rama Mejia! Rama was recommended to us by close friends as a realtor who will place your interests and needs first! We met with Rama and felt very comfortable with her. She developed a plan to sell our home in Santa Rosa. She then executed her plan perfectly including staging and professional photography. We received several offers above listing within 1 to 2 days! I highly recommend Rama Mejia!

Rama is just the most wonderful realtor to work with. She showed me numerous homes and areas I was interested in and gave very honest and thoughtful feedback and suggestions along the way which really helped me make the best choice in the end. She guided me to the perfect home for me and I think anyone who works with her and knows her is very lucky and will have a wonderful experience and outcome just as I did!
