I cannot say enough about the professionalism, work ethic, and local knowledge of these two women. When other realtors told us that we couldnt sell, they found a way. My only sadness is that when we moved out of state, I could not use Faye and Cindys services to purchase my new home.

Ive known Faye and used her for our first house and have recommended her to friends and family. When we were buying our new house she spent a lot of time on the phone with us and showed us houses 2-3 times. I love her to death and as long as she is around I wont ever have to look for another realtor. I didnt give her all 5 stars because we got a crappy mortgage broker and it made the process more difficult. We went in with a low offer and she wasnt sure if it would be accepted or not and the sellers countered 3k higher. But Faye will never over promise and under deliver. She knows the Floresville area inside and out.

Faye was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I are both disabled veterans and had to sell our home due to some health issues that I ran into.
