Stephanie Tanis Real Estate

Stephanie was very easy to work with. The house needed a lot of work, and she went above and beyond to find and line up contractors to make the house saleable. In the end the house looked great and sold fast for a good price.

We love Stephanie so much. She has helped us with two large real estate transactions twelve years apart and we couldnt have done it without her. She is so personable, no buyer can resist talking to her and she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend Stephanie!!

Stephanie helped us sell a unique mountain property and acreage. Her knowledge, discipline, persistence, and ability to work with people made the difference. We wouldn't consider using anyone else for properties in Teller County.

Stephanie is an exceptional agent. We are from out of the area. She knows the area well and helped us find the best property for us. Stephanie was also an advocate for us during the negotiations and closing process.

Stephanie Tannis provided excellent service in the recent sale of my deceased brother's house. We were not in the state, yet she handled all aspects of the sale including calling a lock smith, plumber, and septic service when needed, as well as working with the title company. She was just great, always positve, cheerful, and forward thinking. We were able to close the entire sale process in less than 4 months! We are deeply grateful to her and her staff.
