Stence Realty Team

Wes was outstanding. He did everything he could to help us out and was transparent throughout the entire process. Although he was the seller's agent, he did everything he could to keep us updated throughout the purchase process and was always willing to answer our questions. We will definitely be recommending the Stence Realty team and Wes to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home!

Wes was quick to respond and knowledgeable on said property. When the real estate agent that listed the property did not immediately respond, I sent a tour request in on Zillow. Within a few minutes, Wes reached out. With little to no time available, Wes made himself available and that was much appreciated. He maintained constant contact and throughout the home buying process he cared about both the buyer and the seller.

He did great and was super patient with me and all my questions/needs. He helped us purchase a house as well as sell a house. It was great and super easy.

Wes did a fantastic job and made the process so easy! We definitely will be recommending him for anyone who asks us about buying or selling a home! He responded extremely quickly anytime we had a question! I would give 25 stars if possible!

Wes was very professional, helpful, and supportive these last 2 years we have been searching for a new home. He was quick to get us a viewing of houses, and was quick too respond back to us when we had questions. When we did find the right home, he was helpful and was on top of everything the whole time! We recommend Wes as your realtor whole heartedly!!
