Steele Residential

This is our second home purchase with Nikki. While we hope this may be our forever home, we'll definitely be choosing Nikki again if we decide to make another move. Our first home purchase with Nikki was in 2016 and she has kept in touch with us since then (and not in a "I have you on a email list" type of way). It has always impressed me so much! Nikki is a mighty negotiator and will always be in your corner. This purchase was a doozy but we felt comfortable with Nikki by our side. She coordinated our inspector of choice but also found a chimney inspector and structural engineer at the last minute during our short due diligence period. It was impressive! Big thank you to Nikki! We appreciate you immensely!

We recently worked with Nikki to sell my grandmas house, and I truly couldnt imagine a better experience. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish aEUR" always available to answer our questions, offer guidance, and walk us through every step of the process. She shared her professional expertise and honest opinions without ever being pushy, which made us feel supported and confident in our decisions. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. Were so grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

This is our second home buying experience and first home selling experience with Nikki and all of our experiences with her have been amazing. She always puts our needs first, keeps us informed about everything going on, can reach her 24/7 and always goes the extra mile. Couldn't ask for a better agent

Nikki is nothing short of amazing! If you are looking for a realtor who works hard for her clients and genuinely cares about finding them their home, she is the realtor for you! She answered every question we had along the way and was super easy to get in touch with! Nikki has a sweet spirit that makes the process less stressful! Can't recommend her enough!

We had an amazing experience purchasing our home in Raleigh with the help of our agent Nikki Colgan. She was professional, patient, and always available to answer questions. Her knowledge of the local market gave us confidence every step of the way, and she went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Triangle area!
