Marta Stasik worked as my real estate agent in selling my home in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA. Overall she did a very good job in selling. My house was sold roughly in 2 month time and got the price I wanted (Market Price). She is very nice and friendly and her response time was very quick. She used to communicate very clearly between parties. She used the technology very well like advertising, posting pictures of home and community, taking signature on the documents etc. I signed almost all the documents on the internet, and that really helped me a lot since I was away from San Diego during the transactions. For the repairs, she called few contractors and got the better quote, paid from her account, and collected later from me. So, I strongly recommend Marta Stasik for any real estate buyer or seller as an agent and transactions will be very smooth.
