We found Jeffrey via Redfin. Jeff walked us through each house we picked, was never pushy - and was always patient and offered his expertise. Jeff has experience contracting and has been in the real-estate market for quite some time, all of this makes him an excellent resource in finding a home. Jeff knows the market - and Jeff knows people, as we searched for our house he was able to pick up on what we liked and didnt like in each house we saw. This combined with his skills as a real-estate agent made him an excellent resource to a home buyer.When we finally found our home, we were on vacation and entrusted Jeff to offer on our behalf - Jeff fulfilled all of our expectations and was able to negotiate an excellent purchase price. I would give Jeff more than five stars if I could - and would refer Jeff over and over again.

My boyfriend and I were looking for our first home on Zillow. I found 2 that I was interested in and contacted Carl - who met up with us within hours to go view the homes! He is very honest, upfront and reliable. He is very thorough while viewing the home looking at important things to consider such as location, neighborhood, condition of the home - fixtures, cabinets, appliances, basement/foundation, electrical/wiring, etc. He set us up with a website that has all of the latest homes available for sale. He also looked around and sent me some listings to consider as well. He is always working for you, and is always a phone call or text away. When we found a home that we wanted to place an offer on, he was extremely prompt to get all of the correct paper work over to the sellers agent, which is so important especially with how the market is today. He helped us from beginning to end, always keeping us in the loop of everything. He was great at negotiation and advocating for us every step of the way to make sure we got everything we needed. He also referred us over to an awesome Mortage agency who was able to get me a great loan amount, interest rate, and even a credit towards closing cost. Working with Carl and his referrals made the process of buying a home very smooth. We would recommend Carl to everyone! Five stars for sure. Thank you Carl!!
