Star Team Real Estate

We wanted to buy a home and Lugean met with us and showed us some homes. Based on the information that she gleamed from us she took us to exactly what we wanted. She is brilliant and absolutely amazing. Not only did she find the right house, she helped us expertly and profitably negotiate with the seller. In addition, strictly due to her knowledge of closing, she arranged everything and we closed in three weeks. I have bought and sold over 20 homes as an investor and Lugean is by far the best all around agent I have ever worked with.

My husband and I had the good fortune to work with Lugean Hogan when looking for our new home in Carteret County. She showed us the homes which we had seen online and requested to see and several she thought we might like as well. One of the homes we saw became our #1 choice. It was a foreclosure which had gone to auction. We went back to her office and placed a bid. We went through 3 rounds of bids but lost to another party. Shortly after, we learned their offer didnt work out. The good news was Lugean had put in a backup bid and we got the property! Lugeans positive attitude, her attention to detail and her vast knowledge of this area made the search for and purchase of our new home a pleasure!

Not only has Lugean been extremely generous with her time, she has also been exceptionally intuitive about knowing what type of property would be appealing to us. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased a number of personal, business and investment properties over the years but this is the first time I had fun doing it. Lugean was great. She thoroughly understands the market, her negotiation skills saved me a significant amount of money and she made the entire experience fun. Lugean has the rare combination of great people skills with a high level of competency and professionalism. She navigated me around the usual issues in buying an older house and got excellent results quickly. She went the extra mile by being there during inspections and repair work insuring that my interests were being represented. Lugean spent many years as a business person before entering the real estate industry and her experience serves her and her clients well. Thank you Lugean!

She was very in tune with our needs. Each time we came into town to look, she had several properties for us to see. She asked lots of questions about exactly what we wanted in the property.
