Tiffany is a great realtor and person, We were both selling and buying a house in Celebration, FL. As she is a local to Celebration her knowledge of the area was second to none and this helped tremendously when trying to choose the best area for our family. She worked with us on the seller / buyer percentage rates, helped to negotiate a lower selling price for the house we bought, did multiple open houses on the house we sold (at least 6 over a 2-3 month span), located potential properties for us, and last but not least she sold our house (she even delivered our mail to us at our new house that was still going to the old address)!
