Closed on our house last month and I would not recommend Oliver Caminos to ANYONE. He was very aggressive before we listed our home with him, I mean VERY... Called daily for weeks. After we decided to let him list our home, he completely fell off. I'm writing this review because we factored these reviews in our decision to go with him. Once he listed our home we could never get ahold of him. He doesn't answer calls or texts for days, sometimes not at all. His secretary is no better. Not sure if they are just too busy or what. Oliver also agreed to pay the buyers one-year home warranty and didn't. I noticed this in the paperwork at the closing...I couldn't ask him about it because HE WASNT THERE. I called and text him about it and like always NO RESPONSE. Our home was on the market for 3 months and he made it an awful, very frustrating experience. By far the worst agent we've ever used. Even the buyers of our home were frustrated with him and his team. DO NOT RECOMMEND
