St. Germain Properties

Lili was absolutely incredible to work with! Navigating our first home sale while simultaneously buying a new place felt completely overwhelming at first, but she guided us through every step with patience, expertise, and reassurance. We honestly would have been lost without her. She made a stressful process feel manageable. Can't recommend her enough!

Lili was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She went above and beyond in every possible way and made the entire process feel seamless. Not only did she help us secure our home well under asking price, but she was also incredibly proactive, knowledgeable, and supportive in every aspect of the transaction. She anticipated needs before we even had to ask, communicated clearly and consistently, and truly advocated for us at every step. Its rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares this much about their clients. I would highly recommend Lili to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She exceeded every expectation and made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable.

We recently worked with Josie to purchase our home and relocate to the Charleston area. She helped us navigate the local market, as well as the unique home-buying nuances of South Carolina compared to our previous state. She made us a top priority on a holiday weekend and helped us successfully secure a home on a very condensed schedule. We highly recommend her!

We had an amazing experience working with Liliana! She helped us through the entire house buying process - she really listened to what was important to us and helped us find the right fit. She was extremely thorough and detailed, and very familiar with the Charleston area as a whole. She was always on top of communication as well. Shes exactly what you need in a realtor!!

Josie is amazing and was a huge help in purchasing our second home. When looking for realtors, we knew we needed someone who would be patient with us as our vision gained shape and focus. But at the same time, we wanted a realtor who would prioritize us, fight for us, and lead the way in a very aggressive market. Josie completely fit the bill by showing patience, intensity, knowledge and speed all at the same time. She is the complete professional and got the job done while at the same time showing a high level of caring throughout. Beyond Josie herself, her team stood behind her and us and amazingly found us the perfect place quickly with a closing that shortly followed. I would give Josie the highest possible recommendation to anyone who was local or coming from a distance (like us) and needed a top professional to guide them through these challenging waters.
