Frank is the ultimate Agent! His knowledge of all of the local resources and necessary information is unsurpassed. Buying a house or property is one of the biggest decisions we make and certainly one of the more stressfull processes to go through, especially when you are trying to do it from 1000 miles away. When we flew into town to look at potential purchases Frank was endlessly patient as we looked for the perfect purchase. After we made a selection and a subsequent offer Frank's was the calming voice on the other end of the phone during the weeks of negotiations, contracts, home inspection, loan application, utilities issues, you name it.. there were many times that we were ready to just quit, and just as many times we helplessly sat by and watched as everything seemed to fall apart. Frank very calmly takled us through each phase, doing many of the "errand" items himself because we lived 1000 miles away, he consistently went above and beyond the call of duty and certainly reasonable expectations to help us successfully navigate through an incredibly difficult but ultimately worthwhile process. I cannot recommend him enough to anybody and everybody, and we absolutely return to him for all of our real estate needs in the future.
