To go into our purchasing journey a bit....First, Frank was immediate to respond to our initial request to work with him. Next, we had a meeting to discuss our needs, wants, and available selections. It was very helpful how knowledgeable Frank is with not only the entire Saint Augustine area, but the entire Real Estate industry. He helped show us some great finds within our desired wants & needs. Also, at no stage did we feel abandoned, because Frank would keep us updated daily with new finds. It was also nice that he set up many appointments for walk-through visits to the properties. Frank did more than just set them up though, he was at every visit on time and ready to show us the perks and downsides to different properties.After learning a wealth of knowledge from Frank, we locked in a beautiful home to make offers on. ZillowVERIFIED As a home owner and investor, I have worked with a number of real estate agents in St Augustine. That is until, I met Frank. I would like to cite a specific experience which sums up his professionalism and integrity as a real agent and all around good guy. Using Frank as my agent, I purchased an investment property and put down a $1,000 binder. Two weeks later, 9/11 occurred. As a private consultant, I was worried about the economic impact 9/11 would have on my business. I told Frank that, I would not be purchasing the property. He asked about the binder. I told him I was willing to loose it. He said, "Why don't you write him a letter asking for it back." I told Frank, "You write the letter and if you get it back we will split it."Frank wrote the letter and the seller graciously returned the $1,000 binder. Pretty amazing in itself, but then something unexpected happened. Frank broke our deal and returned to me, the entire $1,000. True character is hard to come by in any profession. Frank has proven time and again that he is the con summate professional!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank is the ultimate Agent! His knowledge of all of the local resources and necessary information is unsurpassed. Buying a house or property is one of the biggest decisions we make and certainly one of the more stressfull processes to go through, especially when you are trying to do it from 1000 miles away. When we flew into town to look at potential purchases Frank was endlessly patient as we looked for the perfect purchase. After we made a selection and a subsequent offer Frank's was the calming voice on the other end of the phone during the weeks of negotiations, contracts, home inspection, loan application, utilities issues, you name it.. there were many times that we were ready to just quit, and just as many times we helplessly sat by and watched as everything seemed to fall apart. Frank very calmly takled us through each phase, doing many of the "errand" items himself because we lived 1000 miles away, he consistently went above and beyond the call of duty and certainly reasonable expectations to help us successfully navigate through an incredibly difficult but ultimately worthwhile process. I cannot recommend him enough to anybody and everybody, and we absolutely return to him for all of our real estate needs in the future.
