I used to think finding a home was one of the most difficult things you will have to be involved in when buying a house. I was wrong. Having the right realtor solves that very quickly. Once you purchase the home there are many other difficult decisions to make. Sarah Richards made finding "our" home a cinch! She was professional, patient, diligent in finding not just a fit, but the closest thing to perfect for my wife, child, and I. This was our first home so cost was key, but location was if not more important; it was certainly equivalent. Sarah did her research worked with my wife to find our her needs and when she found something we were surprised. It wasn't the home we imagined, it was definitely the right location, but Sarah said this is "your" house. We checked it out saw some likes we had, but Sarah caught us up to speed with what we were actually looking at. She educated us on potential and we saw the home we could have after a few years of improvement. We 3 months into our house and are very happy. We did low cost renovations that built our home's value and style for our liking based on Sarah's suggestions and this place totally feels like "ours". I would definitely suggestion Mrs. Richards to anyone looking for a property whether they are buying new, used, or land. She will look out for the client first and won't stop trying until her customers are happy.
