Spokane Home Gurus

Christine is the most amazing realtor! She cares about your future in your new home and making sure everything is solid. I used Christine to help my family relocate to the Spokane area in Washington from Southern California. Every step of the way she was there to explain and guide us. If youre looking for a realtor thats going to treat you like their family, youve found it!

Todd made buying our first home an incredibly stress-free and straightforward experience. Thanks to his expertise, we found our perfect house in just 30 days! He was always responsive, answered every question right away, and is truly fantastic to work with. We highly recommend Todd and the entire Spokane Home Gurus team!

This was really a team effort and I could not be more appreciative. HUGE thanks to Chris for her patience and understanding when trying to buy a home from Florida over the course of 4 months with the added layer of a tremendous time crunch being a military family. Id also like to thank Todd aEUR" for his quick + helpful responses & resources if Chris was ever out of office. Chris always had our best interests, made the best calls when it came down to hard choices, or simple ones aEUR" especially things like staying on budget, keeping close to my husbands job. Along w her husband Ken and his knowledge on financing side, were very grateful to have met + worked w Chris. Chris knows what shes talking about and shes forever gained my trust! If and when we need a realtor again, shes the one.

Spokane Home Gurus were amazing to work with! For anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the boarder Spokane area I highly recommend reaching out to them. Every question I had with my house along the way was answered quickly and thoroughly. Their communication was fantastic throughout the entire time. Having their background and expertise made for a seamless, worry-free process. They had my back the entire way and advocated for the best possible closing price. You will be in great, experienced, and competent hands.

Todd is great to work with. He helped me sell my home and purchase another. He made the process move smooth and quick. He checked in on me regularly through the process and assured me it would be fine (I'm a worrier)... Todd explained each process and is always there when I needed and explanation and assurance. I would refer Todd to anyone interested in buying or selling a home; in fact I have.
