SPIVEY REALTY GROUP

Jay is amazing! As first time home buyers, Jay guided us through the entire process with ease. Jay is so patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He helped us negotiate a transaction that we are so happy and excited about! Thanks Jay. Dave and Michelle

Jay did amazing, me and my fiancA(C) purchased our first house through him. He was very responsive and great to work with. He helped up get a great price on our house and helped us by informing us about each step along the way. His recommendation for home inspection was also amazing, they were detailed and gave us a whole document to keep for records. We highly recommend Jay for your next purchase!

I walked into his office and said I would like to sell my house. Chris started the process and it went very fast. He and his photographer came over and put together a very nice presentation of my home online. Once the buyer got involved, Chris worked with them and myself to speed the process along. He helped me find my new home and I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone that is looking to sell their home. The process from start to finish could not have gone any better. Thank you Chris and everyone that was involved to make this happen.

Jay was great. He handled the purchase of our land returned all of our phone calls promptly. Kept us informed always of other properties and has great negotiating skills and I would definitely recommend him to one of my friends or family.

Chris was amazing! Buying a house is not always an easy process and he was there the whole way, keeping us updated, giving honest opinions and recommendations on houses and fighting for the things we want with realistic expectations. Chris has been our real estate agent through 2 purchases and a sell. He has never let us down and always goes the extra mile!
