Spencer Marker & Co- Long & Foster

Spencer and Tracy did an outstanding job selling my single family home. They continuously provided market information as I waited through a year long delay on my move. When I was finally able to put the house on the market, they did outstanding marketing materials resulting in a quick contract and closing on my preferred date. Spencer and Tracy are experts in the market, professional, and helpful. I strongly recommend you consider them for your purchase or sale.

Spencer and his partner/realtor, Tracy, did an outstanding job in helping me to sell my home. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, organized, timely and very responsive to all my needs and questions. Their valuable experience and strategy helped to make the entire process seamless, stress free and successful(my home sold for full asking price in one day!). On a more personal note...As a widow of six years, making the decision to downsize and move on to a new chapter was a tough one for me. My husband and I lived in our neighborhood for 34 years, raised our 4 children in this home and I have so many wonderful memories. Spencer and Tracy provided the guidance and emotional support that I needed to make this transition. I could not have done it without them.

I used AI to find the firm--I wanted strong ratings and lots of local experience. I ended up getting to work with Tracy Myatt, who works with Spencer, and it was fantastic. She could not possibly have been more accommodating, supportive, and responsive. Great personality, and responded to every call and email very promptly, with thorough information beyond what I had even asked about. I was able to find the right house and even close on it (despite a bidding war) within 2 weeks. I give her and the firm my highest recommendation.

We have known and worked with Spencer Marker for 30 years, including a total of three local real estate transactions. This year, Spencer and Tracy Myatt sold our home of 28 years in Virginia Run. They provided sound advice on preparing, pricing, and listing our house for sale. When it officially went on the market, we received and accepted a competitive offer in the first 24 hours.

I had an amazing experience working with Spencer and Tracey! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and never gave up, even when things got tough in this competitive market. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled and always had my best interests in mind. Their persistence, dedication, and clear communication made the whole process so much smoother. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares and delivers results!
