I find that realtors can be a bit forceful, as though they're car salesmen. Which is always a pain to deal with from time to time, especially when they are looking at their largest possible commission. However, my latest realtor, William Plaster, was fabulous and genuinely cared for my best interest as his client. His due diligence and motivation to help me get my dream home went above and beyond. I looked at a few homes that I fell in love with. Yet, I truly appreciate him breaking down the numbers (dollars) needed to fix the home where I'd wasn't it to be. Which he encouraged me not to rush into a home I fall for immediately. I truly appreciate his time, efforts and hard work helping me purchase my 2nd- and FOREVER home. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND
