Sovereign Realty of NY, Inc

By the grace of almighty Allah, i closed a house today. Me and my families happiness is through the roof at this moment. Ms. Shanie Brown and her husband Deenesh helped us through the whole process and in every step. She picked up my call and replied my txt right back if i had any doubts to clear or any questions i had. She is mighty good at what she does. I recommend her to everyone in the community if you need help for your real estate needs. With Her youll be in great hands.

Shanie is professional, attentive, prompt with responses/follow-ups, and always willing to go the extra mile like family. She made the entire process feel less stressful. I truly appreciate her support and definitely recommend her. Thank you Shanie and Dinesh.

Shanie Baran is an expert in the real estate industry. She is a skilled negotiator and a true professional. From getting us the best deal, to assisting us in putting together our board package and submitting it - she guided us through the entire process with ease. As a buyer of a coop, I expected the process to be more complicated but Shanie made it seamless and smooth. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, I promise you wont be disappointed.

My brothers and I were searching for a real estate to sell our parents house in South Ozone Park. I checked the Zillow reviews for RA agents in the area and Shanie Baran from Sovereign Realty had great reviews. Dealing with Shanie was a pleasure. Right from our initial conversation Shanie was so pleasant and caring. She did not put any pressure on us and told us to take our time choosing an agent. Shanies expertise and knowledge of the real estate values in South Ozone Park was reassuring. She guided and advised us thru the whole process. Shanie was always available to take a call or text if I had any questions or concerns. We were very satisfied with the selling price of the house. I highly recommend Shanie whether you are selling or buying a home. Andrew F.
