Southern Real Estate Properties

Sheree was very patient and understanding. This was my first house purchase so I had a lot of questions and often felt like I was asking silly questions. However, she never made me feel that way. If fact, she welcomed any questions and assured me she was there to help. I feel like I not only had a great agent , but I had a great friend.

Thanks so much! Made closing so fast and easy! We looked at only a few houses before finding the one! She listened and was very good at communicating quickly and so we could understand, this was our first house!

Sheree is an outstanding agent, whether buying or selling. She was amazing for us as we sold our house and bought a new one. Her advice was spot on, but she also kept our interests first. She will do a great job for you!

Sheree is a excellent real estate agent! Sheree goes out of her way to help her clients, she always returns calls in a timely manner and gets the job done. I would recommend her to everyone!

Sheree did an awesome job with helping me navigate through the process of finding a rental property through a property management company. She was accommodating when I needed her to show me properties. I felt confident in her expertise and guidance on advising me of the required documents. Sheree is very down to earth, easy going, and a professional. When I am ready to buy a home in the market area I will be contacting Sheree.
