Southern Nest Realty

Elaine was incredible to work with. Our house was priced well and sold in under a week. Her knowledge of the area and potential buyers is top notch. She kept us informed and worked hard to get our house sold. More importantly is that Elaine is an awesome person and that made this experience so much easier.

Jay is awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable and is a great at his job. He was there every time I called him. He treated the whole process like he was purchasing the home. Very friendly and a great personality. I would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor.

Jay made the entire process easy. We felt supported and informed every step of the way and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Jay for all of your real estate needs.

Outstanding experience. Elaine clearly has extensive knowledge of the area and experience with the process. With that being said, her responsiveness is definitely what stood out the most. My experience with Elaine was the first home I purchased and she answered all the questions that come with that quickly and accurately. I have no complaints.

Elaine is very professional, responsive, and detail oriented. She made sure details were communicated in a timely manner and accurate. Elaine happened to be the listing agent for a property I purchased and responses well with both seller and buyer.
