Southern Lakes Real Estate, LLC

Highly recommend Butch and Lydia Collins. They not only handled the purchase of our home; but the sale of the home years later. They are very responsive and detailed. I would not want anyone else on my team doing this important transaction.

Great work! Friendly, honest and forthcoming! Kept in constant contact even throughout her vacation. Kept us informed and up to date on everything we needed to do. Helped us with decisions about the house.

Lydia is fantastic to work with. She was always quick to respond when I had questions and made sure that I was kept in the loop at all times. I never have to worry when Lydia is the agent, she makes things easy for all parties involved in a transaction.

Absolutely love them! They are both super nice, stayed in touch, got back to me quickly, and easily accommodated my schedule for showings. 10/10 highly recommend!

Lydia was outstanding. She was so patient working with us since we are so particular. She never missed a beat with giving us all the information we needed to make decisions. Her knowledge is thorough, her personality is superb, and we would highly recommend her as an amazing realtor, professional and individual.
