Southern Homes Real Estate

I highly recommend using Bailey. He did an excellent job! He was always there aEUR|. StartaEUR| duringaEUR| and especially helpful during the stress of finishing out the aEURoepunch listaEUR? from the inspection! He helped walk me through and navigate whatever I needed or asked for with an amazing positive energy and attitude. He was a true pleasure to work with! Well worth the commission paid.

Carson Dobbs I want to thank you for the dedication and willingness to make every last minute showing possible. Hours of negotiations and contracts. A special thanks to your family for all the Sundays and late nights working around my schedule. Our family feels that your family is now one. I know that I have found my realtor here in Mississippi and I'll make sure that I send everyone your way that I can. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Oh and Ady says she likes the pictures. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Carson has experience and knowledge of all his properties, and if he does not like on the property I did purchase he got it right a way. I enjoyed my time with him. As I am a truck driver and was very helpful in all my needs to complete my process to close on my new home.

Bailey was awesome to work with! He is exceptionally knowledgeable, has great local recommendations, and is always fast to respond. He worked with us on getting everything we wanted and then some! We were buying from states away and he made things as easy as possible on us.

Carson was great to work with, and he never stopped searching until we found the house that we were looking for - even late into Friday evenings. He made us feel confident about our decisions yet reassured us that there was no reason to rush to a conclusion. He went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend him for buying and selling!
