Sarah is an excellent realtor and wonderful to work with. She worked tirelessly to help us find our perfect property. She listened to us and reviewed the listings we were interested in with us before taking us to see homes. If we wanted to see a house, Sarah made sure that we saw it as soon as possible. On days that Sarah arranged showings, she made sure to schedule them so that we could see as many homes as possible with the least amount of travel. She used our feedback on properties we visited to find us listings that we may have overlooked because they were private or were filtered out by the search criteria on real estate sites. She made suggestions and provided advice, but she never made us feel pressured and was never pushy. She was just as good when it came to selling our previous home. She used her connections to find a buyer, and we had several good offers within a few days. I never imagined that we would get an offer on our house too quickly! Sarah made it work though. We were able to sell our home in Charlotte for considerably more than we had paid and to buy a home out in the country on 6 beautiful acres. Buying and selling a home is a stressful experience, but Sarah made sure everything went super smoothly. We are truly blessed to know her.
