From Day 1 she was extremely attentive to my 84-year old moms needs and made sure my mom understood everything about the selling process which was stressful for her after living in her condo for 17 years. Sarah was in constant contact with us during the entire process and was totally on top of all the documents, signings, and forms we needed to deal with. She even recommended a great painter who we hired and his team did a fantastic job getting the condo ready to show. She helped make the closing process a breeze and she also checked up on my mom and other details like HOA and escrow refund checks well after the closing was completed. ZillowVERIFIED I hired Sarah Smith Moore three times to sell a property for me. Not once did she show up for a closing when the properties were sold. The first two times she did a good job listing, advertising and appropriate commission. This is why I hired her the third time. When we were out walking the property she informed me the commission would be 9%, I replied that is to high. She informed me its usually 10% on all land sales. So I agreed and went with it. Once again she did not show up to closing. During closing I noticed a $500.00 fee for her/agency realty fees. I refused to pay it in addition to the 9% I was already paying. Talking with other realtors and real estate lawyers I had my suspicion confirmed. I was severely overcharged by Sarah Smith Moore. I should of paid 6% commission at most. NEVER ever do business with this woman!

Before we listed our house, she walked us through what to expect and what we would need to do. In less than a day after listing it we had a qualified offer for well above our asking price. When we ran into issues on a new house we had under contract, her expertise and knowledge bought us time pushing out the closing of our current home and getting our due diligence and inspection money back on the new one. She also expertly walked us through placing an offer on the home we eventually bought, including how much to ask off the contract price once the inspection came back. Her contacts in the industry were also instrumental in getting inspections done extremely quickly as well as getting contractors on short notice for work once we closed on our new place. If you hire her as your realtor, you will be extremely grateful and satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah came highly recommended from my best friend, and being that this was my first time home buying experience, I was somewhat nervous. But, Sarah automatically put me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. She is one of the few good things that happened to me during the whole aEURoeTrying to buy a house in 2020 during a pandemic, what could possibly go wrong?!aEUR? mess that is this year. Well, a lot did end up going wrong, and I didnt close on my home in time (which was in NO WAY Sarahs fault)! But, if it hadnt been for Sarah taking the reigns and getting everything/everyone in order, I dont know that I would currently be sitting in this house, much less that it would be my house. I 100% believe that if anyone else had been my realtor, Id either still be trying to close or the deal wouldve fallen through. Its like shes Olivia Pope and Mary Poppins all rolled in one. She gets things done and handled just like that. That, to me, is someone you want in you corner when things go awry. Sarah is practically perfect in every way, and I HIGHLY recommend her!!!!

She listened to us and reviewed the listings we were interested in with us before taking us to see homes. If we wanted to see a house, Sarah made sure that we saw it as soon as possible. On days that Sarah arranged showings, she made sure to schedule them so that we could see as many homes as possible with the least amount of travel. She used our feedback on properties we visited to find us listings that we may have overlooked because they were private or were filtered out by the search criteria on real estate sites. She made suggestions and provided advice, but she never made us feel pressured and was never pushy. She was just as good when it came to selling our previous home. She used her connections to find a buyer, and we had several good offers within a few days. I never imagined that we would get an offer on our house too quickly! Sarah made it work though. We were able to sell our home in Charlotte for considerably more than we had paid and to buy a home out in the country on 6 beautiful acres. Buying and selling a home is a stressful experience, but Sarah made sure everything went super smoothly. We are truly blessed to know her.
