Southern Homes of the Carolinas

We tried to sell this home a year previously and had almost no traffic. With Brigitte we had dozens of viewings in a very short amount of time (during Covid). I think this is because she marketed it perfectly, playing up the house?s string points. I would use her again in an instant and highly re immense her.

Watch out Zillow!! Brigitte will likely be your next CEO!!! She is a fire cracker, and you will not want to get in her way. She is friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, ( I am a senior) and held my hand with the ?tech? stuff, and successfully sold my home in Charlotte, NC in 1, yes ONE day. I spoke with 3 agents before Brigitte, and all three disagreed with me on my starting sale figure! Brigitte said, ?OK!? And produced....I had a buyer who offered $7000 more then asking first day! Don?t waste your time looking for the right agent, I have done it for you!! Oh,...by the way...she returns your calls almost immediately!! Who does that?. Brigitte Perry!!

Are you looking for an agent that truly cares about one of the largest purchases you?ll ever make? Sean is your guy! Not only did he help us find the perfect house, but he stuck by us through every last detail! He is a master negotiator, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about you and your experience.

Brigitte truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She made purchasing a home easy and helped us find the home of our dreams. She was always available when we needed her and provided us good resources to make the entire process easier. I cannot recommend her enough!

Excellent service and thoroughly knowledgeable. Excels in all real estate matters from searching to closing. I will use her services in future. Also able to provide help with contacts for home maintenance. She is the best in her area of expertise.
