Southern Hill Real Estate

Gary handled the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home in an outstanding and professional manner. He makes it clear that he is all about helping the client and his own schedule, needs, etc., are secondary. He is also very practical and handy and helped me solved some problems easily and in doing so, saved me lots of money. I highly recommend Gary as a residential broker.

Gary has been extremely professional and relentless with our listing. His knowledge of our area 's history and current local market trends proved to be helpful in producing a positive conclusion with our property. Gary accommodated our busy schedules and pet issues while actively and aggressively showing and marketing our home.We recommend his services and would contract Gary in the future.

Fast and accurate response to my inquiry. The house was vacant and in poor shape. He helped me make an offer that, unfortunately, was not accepted by the seller. Gary expedited the paperwork.

Gary helped me to buy my first home last week in the Cutler bay area. The process was quite complex but he helped me with every step. If you are ready to buy a house, I highly recommended you contact Gary Robinson to be your agent.

Gary was great. His mission was to help my wife and I find the home we were happy with. He was was more than easily reachable when we needed him. He responded and got things faster than we could even get to. On top of all the intricacies of the process as well as understanding what adds or detracts from a property's' value. Would definitely recommend him.
