My husband and I 'met' Chris online as he patiently took us on a few virtual tours of homes in Charleston. We fell in love with home #3 and immediately made an offer, contingent on our loving the house as much in person later that week. We did ....and Chris made the buying experience effortless from beginning to close. He is a wonderful person, easy to talk to, calm and a great negotiator. We promptly gave him our downtown condo to sell, which he did. He tirelessly worked towards readying our property and once again negotiated like a star. I read a few of the other reviews and I think we all agree that it feels as though Chris is a member of the family - personable, likable and approachable ... we may all need to fight over who gets him and his family for Thanksgiving :).
