All completed in 3 weeks. He was always available and if not, he called back immediately. Additionally, He put me in touch with a contractor for renovation and a cleaning service. ZillowVERIFIED Chris helped my wife and I find a place in Charleston off of Clements Ferry Road. We were thinking about moving from Ohio and only had a very short timeframe in which to look for houses (i.e. - we sacrificed part of our vacation in Hilton Head).The second house Chris showed us ended up perfectly meeting our needs. The closing process was pretty rough trying to project manage the lender and law firm we were working with, but Chris definitely made things easier by being present at our house for things like contractor estimates, etc.Would definitely recommend Chris, especially if you are considering a move from out of state.

He spent time sharing details of Charleston, Johns Island, Mt. Pleasant, and James Island. Being out-of-state and unable to physically tour prospective properties was challenging, but Chris's knowledge of the various neighborhoods and assessments of available properties proved invaluable. ZillowVERIFIED There simply aren't enough superlatives for me to use about Chris or the way in which he handled every aspect of my recent home purchase in Mount Pleasant. Chris took the time to get to know my wife and I, even before we met and was touring properties with us long before we set foot in Charleston. His jovial nature, his candor, his ability to listen and really discern what his clients are looking for, all stand in stark contrast to other realtors we've worked with. When I asked him for his opinion or thoughts about how a particular home we were interested in made him FEEL, he offered them without reservation. While the process wasn't a long one for my wife and I, we nonetheless felt like Chris was in it with us throughout. Like he had just as much at stake in it as we did.
