SOUTHERN ASSOCIATES REALTY,LLC

Deciding to sell our home of 21 years that we loved so much was difficult but deciding to use Chris Wynn as our agent was not. Although we met with several other agents, Chris stood out with his knowledge of the market, the area in which we lived, and his plan for marketing. Chris responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had and when a situation arose with the buyers' lender two days before closing, he stayed on top of the situation and was instrumental in moving the transaction to closing. We would, without hesitation, recommend Chris Wynn and if the situation ever presents itself we will use him again. Thank you Chris!

Chris knowledge of the real estate market and home construction is second to none. As a real estate consultant and state-certified contractor, Chris gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision when buying my home. I would definitely recommend Christopher to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
