Southern Associates Realty, LLC

Cindy has been extremely helpful and gone over & above! She was helpful both buying and selling, very responsive, an absolute go getter. If you're looking for someone who will look out for you, it's definitely Cindy!

Disappointing! Beware! Passing on this info to help others that might be looking for a realtor. If you dont want to be passed on to a realtor you never met or picked, use Cindy. We thought we signed with her to sell our home after interviewing several realtors. immediately after signing, without explanation she gave our home to another realtor we never met. Underhanded and sneaky. No explanation. We didnt even realize what was happening. We wanted someone with experience to sell our home and what we got was disappointing and unexpected from Cindy.

Cynthia was wonderful to work with and she did a fantastic job selling my condo in Ocala! She responded to all my questions very quickly and did a great job representing my interests throughout the negotiations. I was selling my condo remotely and she made the entire process extremely easy. I really appreciate everything she did for me and I highly recommend her!

Cynthia was very friendly and help my sister and I with selling our lot in Inverness. She was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in that area.

Cindy Kauffman was Awesome during the whole process, finding a house and providing all the paperwork needed to purchase it. She met my daughter at the house for a walk through since we were still living in California and everything worked great. I highly recommend Cindy if you're looking for a house anywhere near the Ocala area. She is very responsive to your phone calls and always calls you right back no matter what she's doing. She's the Best!!
