Source Realty, LLC

Trevor represented me in selling my home on Bald Peak. He exhibited the highest degree of integrity and professionalism I could possibly hope for. He skillfully guided me through each step of the sale and kept me updated on the market fluctuations at every turn. He exceeded my expectations in expertly handling a challenging third party, with grace and competence. Trevor demonstrates the highest degree of ethics and honesty I have experienced in my numerous real estate transactions.

Working with Trevor Erion and Carole Hoyer to sell our home was an incredible experience, especially given our highly complex situation. Selling a property under difficult personal circumstances requires more than just real estate expertise; it requires immense patience, neutrality, and emotional intelligence. Both Trevor and Carole possessed all of these qualities in droves. From day one, they navigated our complicated dynamics with the utmost professionalism. They ensured communication was entirely transparent, seamless, and fair to all parties involved, never making us feel uncomfortable or rushed. They kept the focus entirely on getting us the best possible outcome while handling the logistical hurdles of our unique setup behind the scenes. We appreciated their market knowledge and strategic approach. If you have a complicated real estate situation and need agents who are diplomatic, respectful, and highly effective, I cannot recommend Trevor Erion and Carole Hoyer enough.

Trevor was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us locate and purchase our home in McMinnville, OR over ten years ago when we moved from Colorado. We have referred friends and family to him over the years and he has served them well.

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I found instant professionalism, knowledge, and reassurance in Trevor as our real estate broker. Trevor expertly navigated us through each home-buying step from the initial offer to inspections and repairs to closing. Trevor never gave up negotiating on our behalf, even when I almost had. Trevor and his Source Realty team are leading examples of how the home buying process should and CAN be. Thank you so, so much, Trevor, for making our dreams become realities.

Trevor has helped me purchase a vacation home and sell my parents house. In both cases he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and accessible. I would recommend him without reservation.
