Soukup Real Estate Services

Nothing but positive things to say about this experience! Patrick and his team made the home-buying process feel simple and rewarding from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we truly appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and supportive Patrick was. He walked us through everything step by step, handled the details seamlessly, and made sure we felt confident the entire time. Thanks to him, we got the house we wanted in a great neighborhood! Were so grateful to have had him guiding us and would absolutely recommend Patrick Soukup and his team to any friends or family looking to buy or sell.

Zach was great throughout the entire process. From pre-screening houses to helping after we closed, he was excellent. Would highly recommend Soukup Realty.

We relocated from Florida in March 2024, and Patrick and his team could not have made the process of finding a home any easier. They consistently went above and beyond, even filming homes we were interested in so we didnt have to fly out. Their knowledge of the area is second to none, which comes as no surprise given Patricks lifelong roots here. We were so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that when my parents decided to make the move as well, we didnt hesitate to recommend Patrick and his team. They made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Truly a top-notch realtor!

Zach helped us with our recent home purchase, and he was absolutely fantastic! We were moving from overseas, so we needed someone who knew the area extremely well and was willing to do video walk-throughs for us and give us very specific and honest pros and cons about the different homes since, for most of the process, we weren't there ourselves to look. Zach exceeded our expectations in every way, always going the extra mile to locate information, keep us informed, and make the process easy. We appreciated his skill in negotiating some issues for us and helping us get into a great house in our desired neighborhood. We would definitely use his services again if we ever decide to move, and we recommend him wholeheartedly!

If I need a realtor again in the future, I know where I am going! Patrick was awesome to work with. He was not only always available to chat, show us a house, or give advice, but he also helped us so much throughout the process. His knowledge about Fort Collins and the surrounding areas was very impressive. I cannot recommend Patrick enough, and he made the process easy and enjoyable!
