March 16, 2017 Dear Alex, My wife, Judy, and I wanted to thank you for assistance in the purchase of the house at 2647 Altura Ave., in La Crescenta. Judy had been looking for a house for approximately a half year prior to February 2017 when we purchased the Altura Ave. house. During this period Judy met many realtors of which you were one. She was immediately impressed. You made sure that you walked Judy through the house, that was being shown, and answered all her questions. When Judy found the Altura Ave house she told me that she knew one outstanding realtor and she wanted him to represent us and that realtor was you. When I met you I was immediately impressed. As in any profession the best have to excel in many areas and that is what you do. You understand the market which varies town to town, you understand what your customer wants and sometimes you can do this better than the customer, and you understand houses beyond their surface beauty. Selecting the best house may be the most difficult part of a purchase but there is still the business and legal aspects of the purchase. This starts with many California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) documents and eventually evolves into the Escrow and loan documents. You understand all these documents. As you remember I read ever C.A.R. document you handed to Judy and I and as a result I had many questions. There was not one question that you were not able to answer. As in any business transaction there are forms to sign and these forms are dated. You kept us on track. At no time were we late in signing a document and when we were unsure of why we were signing a document you were always there to help us. The last point I will mention is your availability. Obviously Judy and I had many questions and when we needed you to answer these questions we were always able to get in contact with you within an hour. As a result of all I mentioned above the purchase of the Altura Ave. house went smoothly. Eri Cohen

Dear Alex, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank your so much for all of your help and understanding during our resent search for homes. I think we all thought it would have been a lot easier but who could have anticipated some of those weird roadblocks thrown up by some of the prospective sellers.
