Sotheby's International Realty

Joy did a great job in helping us find a wonderful family for our rental property. She was patient and thoughtful and had good insight . Joy was also very helpful in recommending trades people to work on our house. I would highly recommend Joy for a purchase or a rental.

Joy is the most thorough and knowledgable, caring and sincere realtor and maintains charm and always a smile from beginning through completion. Outstanding in every way and a credit to her firm. Rarely does one encounter a perfect agent. Joy is #1.

Joy was a pleasure to work with. She represented us 15 plus years ago, when we bought our home in the Beverly Hills flats. Since that time, we have been renting our home out in Deep Canyon. Joy represented us most recently, and found us fantastic tenants. She didn't just pick the first tenants to come along. She was very selective, and counseled us on which tenants to accept. And, she was right ! They are a lovely family.

She helped us go through a long process of finding a house- it took almost 9 months with one house failing inspection . She stuck with us to look again

Joy went above and beyond to help me both buy and sell in double escrow within 45 days pretty flawlessly. She was able to help me navigate all the questions that came up and communicate between all the various inspections. She was extremely professional and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
