Soneva Real Estate

Tiffany was AMAZING every step of the way. She made the entire process as smooth as possible for us. Not only was Tiffany phenomenal when it came to working with the seller and his agent, but she ALSO was so on top of the financial side of things as well. I can honestly say that as a first time home buyer, we wouldnt have been able to do this process without Tiffany. We will ABSOLUTELY use her in ANY real estate sales and purchases we make in the future.

Tiffany Everidge is an absolutely outstanding real estate agent. She held our hand every step of the way throughout the purchase of our new home, making what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. She was a true advocate for our desires and always had straightforward, honest conversations with us, which is greatly appreciated. Her responsiveness is second to none; she was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns with incredible speed. I truly believe she was just as excited as we were to close on our dream home. We would 100% recommend Tiffany to any buyers or sellers without a moments hesitation. In fact, we were so impressed with her that we are now using her to sell our current property. If youre looking for a realtor who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients, look no further!

Tiffany was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! Very quick communication no matter the day or time. We moved from a different state and she was so helpful telling us about the different areas/cities. She even gave us a sweet welcome home gift for us and our daughter. She made our whole experience seamless. We are so thankful for her and highly recommend her!

Tiffany did a great job and has the patience of a saint. It took over a year to find the house in the neighborhood I wanted, and she was great the whole time.
