Solutions Real Estate

I cannot say enough about Nick! He is the most knowledgeable, hard working, and patient realtor in the Virginias. Nick went above and beyond helping us purchase as first time homebuyers. He was always responsive, eager to show us houses, and made the entire process easy to understand and stress free. If Nick is in your area, I highly recommend working with him!

I have used Nick as my realtor to buy and sell, he is kind, courteous, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely give him a call if I were looking to buy or sell a home.

Nick and his mom did a great job helping us sell. Nick took great pictures of the house and property which made it show very well when viewing it online and he also kept me posted when a showing was scheduled. I couldn't have asked for more from my realtor. Thank you Nick.

We had a great experience with Nick. He keeps up with your situation and needs, and was encouraging when things felt slow. If you want your house sold quickly, call Nick!!

Nicholas was awesome. As a first time buyer, I spent about 7 months looking for the perfect house for my familys needs and checked out almost every listing that came up on Zillow. Nic was very patient with me throughout the process, never rushed me to buy and helped me get an awesome deal on the house I purchased. He is an expert negotiator and was available 24/7 for me until closing and he still responds to my questions. 10/10, if there is someone who can get you a house in the most professional, efficient and hassle free way, Nicholas is the guy!
