Allie went above and beyond. I live out of state and renters had done a lot of damage. Allie found companies to make all the necessary repairs. She coordinated with them to get everything done. Then she had beautiful pictures taken to show how beautiful the house was. She kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly. She was willing to text, which is my preferred method of communication. The house sold within days of the work being completed for the full asking price. I highly recommend her.

Allie did a great job helping us secure our home; she was present throughout the entire process and always very kind in helping us resolve any questions, and she also provided us with valuable information about everything.

Allie was amazing at helping me through the process of buying my first home! She negotiated costs and repairs, advised me on programs that could be beneficial, and made the home buying experience relatively painless!

Allie was amazing to work with from beginning to end. We first reached out to her nearly a year before we were actually ready to make a move. We interviewed several real estate agents, and Allie was the only one who followed up simply to thank us for the opportunity. Over the next 12 months, she stayed in touch without ever making us feel pressured. She remained a helpful resource, listened closely, and took the time to truly understand our family and what we were looking for. She made every step of the process clear and went well out of her way to help us find our dream home with acreage. More than anything, Allie was incredibly kind, patient, and dependable throughout the entire experience. We couldnt have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Working with Allie to purchase my first home was a great experience! Buying a home is scary and a huge financial decision but Allie made the process seamless! She has a deep knowledge of the local market and explained everything to us with ease. Allie was quick to respond to any questions we had via text or call too. One of the things that stood out about Allie was how easy going and friendly she was. Allie is our go to for any future real estate endeavors we have! Shes the best!!!
