Being that we are not local residents she knew the area well and was able to give us a listing price we both liked. We had her help list our property for sale and was able to help us achieve our goal of what we were looking for whether by negotiating or recommending an alternative. She is also very quick at responding or relaying the message back to us so that we were able to make our decisions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and work with her again.
