Cali was great and really understood what we were looking for. We could count on her for solid advice and assistance. She worked with us by scheduling visits to many homes. She keyed in on specific things that we were looking for in a home and only took us to view homes that met our criteria. This was excellent! We've worked with others in the past who tried to talk us into homes that we didn't want or took us to homes that we would never consider, wasting our time. Which is why we stopped using those other real estate workers. Cali is truly a Real Estate Professional!She helped us through every step of the process and we are very happy in our new home.I won't give the complete address in this posting. Zillow shouldn't need it. I will say to be careful if your lender sells your loan to Chase. Chase gave out my personal information and now I receive tons of advertisements/solicitations. People call my house wanting to sell me stuff. If I could sue Chase for doing that, I would as I feel that my privacy has been violated.So - bottom line: Cali and Ultimate Realty are exceptional. Chase Home Mortgage not so much.Thank you
