Solid Ground Real Estate

Working with Janna for our first home purchase was a wonderful experience. Janna was efficient and determined to help us find the home of our dreams. She was straightforward and honest about the entire process, always very communicative, and did everything to make the process run smoothly. Because it can be a lot to understand to a first time homebuyer, Janna made sure to break down the wording and really make sure we knew and understand all the paperwork and necessary steps. She also worked hard to get the best price for the home of our dreams! My husband and I highly recommend working with Janna!!

We couldn't be happier with the experience we had working with Janna McRoy to sell our home and why her reviews are glowing! From the very beginning, Janna was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She guided us through every step of the process with confidence and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her expertise in pricing, marketing, and negotiations was outstanding, and thanks to her hard work and dedication, our home sold quickly and for a great price. Janna always had our best interests at heart and went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients, communicates exceptionally well, and delivers outstanding results, we highly recommend Janna McRoy. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!
